"Teamwork ... It is all about our Co-Workers!"

" I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing." John 15:5.

Where would we be without people to help us?  When Jesus called our family to Thailand, he never intended for us to work alone, but rather, when we "ABIDE" in him, we have connections and relationships that make it possible for us to do things that we could not otherwise do on our own.

In preparation for our trip to the U.S.A. this summer, I have been especially concerned about leaving our farm, our animals, and our bi-vocational training project in Mae Sai. After much prayer, selection, training, and practice, we have just the right team in place.

Please meet our Mae Sai Co-Workers ... Saanee, Mathis, and NatTaNii.  Last year, with our intern, we made the decision not have mere hired-hands on our farm.  Because this is the Lord's project, it is crucial for our team to be made up of individuals that God has called to serve him.  Each one or our staff,  is working towards completing their internship in Bi-Vocational ministry.  Everyone at our farm works, and also has opportunity for study in disciplship and church planting.

Phii NaTaNii has served in a bi-vocational capacity, producing and selling milk while serving in the local church for over one year. She is now working at the farm in a full-time role as our Farm/Business Manager.  During the past month, she has been taking on new responsibilities, learning about the animals, and getting her hands around the business side of the farm.

Mathis, has been interning with Narrow Gate for the past six months.  He has a great handle on day to day operations of the farm, and is eager to work hard, and also train our new intern.  He comes to us with a variety of different experiences in livestock and agriculture.  He is also called to start a church among the Akha Hilltribes in Myanmar when his time here is complete.

Saanee is the newest member of our team.  He has been here about three weeks, and gets the award for the best attitude on the farm.  He is a pleasure to work with, and is eager to learn.  He received his diploma from a small Bible School in Myanmar, and after completing his internship, we are planning for him to become a part of our core ministry team at Narrow Gate Farm and Dairy.

Without these three special team members, our trip to the States would not be possible.  Join me in praying for these them, as they represent our family and or ministry in Thailand while we are away.

Likewise, be in prayer for our family as we finalize our schedules and plan for our time in America.  Because without your prayers, encouragement, service, and support our trip would not be possible either.

Thank you, and God Bless

See you in Texas in 17 DAYS!

In His Grip,
The Brittans
